The use of this digital platform called "Dental Vortex" and the website www.dentalvortex.space is governed by these terms and conditions, which are binding between the User and Powerful Vortex, Unipessoal Lda. ("Powerful Vortex").

Use by the User constitutes full legal acceptance of each of these terms, corresponding to the subscription of this Agreement.

Powerful Vortex provides access to the digital platform and website to Users, exclusively for the purpose of participating in the competition called "Dental Vortex", where users share content. Nothing on this platform should be understood as medical advice. The content is not confidential and does not establish a doctor-patient relationship with Powerful Vortex or any of its doctors.

4. Platform Content / Intellectual Property

Content means all information available to the User on the "Dental Vortex" digital platform — including text, images, photo galleries, videos, web design, software and "Clinical Cases" shared by Users.

All Content is protected by Copyright under Portuguese law, European Union law and International Treaties, and may not be used outside the conditions of free use permitted by law without the express written consent of Powerful Vortex.

5. Limited Authorisation to Use Protected Information

Powerful Vortex authorises the User to view and reproduce content exclusively for personal purposes. Commercial use is strictly prohibited. The User may not modify, transmit, reproduce, distribute, publish, transfer, sell or otherwise use any Content not shared by them.

6. Registration

Some Content and benefits provided through the platform are paid. To access them, the User must register. Registration is personal and non-transferable and may not be used by any other person to access Content.
