Mission
Dental Vortex was born from a simple conviction: the extraordinary knowledge of Dentistry deserved a stage worthy of it.
This platform values shared knowledge, promotes professional growth and creates a community space among peers. With tools designed for everyone — experienced or newly qualified — the goal is the same: to evolve and embrace the profession with more confidence and passion.
Origin
I've always been fascinated by the sky, the vastness of the universe and the humility it inspires. I came close to becoming an astronomer, but my interest in the complexity of the human being led me to Dentistry — where I found my passion and a purpose to dedicate myself to. Years later, Dental Vortex was born: the fusion of those two very distinct worlds.
In an exercise we did during the construction of this project, we tried to imagine the animal that best represented us. The Firefly seemed to symbolise us entirely: a small being with a particular mystique... the ability to generate light, to create a unique atmosphere, to transform a dark night into a universe full of stars...
With this concept in mind, and projecting it into the vastness of virtual space, this is what we aspire to be: the parallel world of Dentistry. A unique environment, infinite in knowledge and magical in its ability to generate recognition and value for all those dedicated to this profession — the true stars of this project. And this is me... this is us.

There are professionals who follow the path. And there are professionals who redesign it.
Dr. Inês belongs to the second group — the minds who refuse to accept that Dentistry remains the same as it always was. Graduated from the Faculty of Dental Medicine at the University of Lisbon, she focuses on Oral Rehabilitation and built a career with strong technological and aesthetic components. But her story doesn't end in the clinic. On the contrary — that's where the real vortex began.
After coordinating teams, training dentists and dental technicians, and diving into CAD CAM technologies from the early years of her career, our founder realised something that would change everything: the extraordinary knowledge of Dentistry was scattered, underused and without a stage.
The answer? Build the stage. Build the ecosystem. Build the vortex.
Thus Dental Vortex was born — an international platform that unites clinicians, technicians, students and visionaries in a space where clinical cases, training, technology and community come together without noise, without distractions and without borders. Inês didn't just found a company. She founded a movement.
Today, she continues to practise, to teach, to inspire and to build bridges between worlds: the clinical, the digital and the future. And, like all vortices, her force never stops growing.
