Transform Complex Cases with Auxiliary Mechanics

Transform Complex Cases with Auxiliary Mechanics

Dr. Maria Francisca Sepúlveda Mathias

Start: 11 de July de 2026More information

ABOUT THE COURSE Aligners are the present and future of orthodontics. But clinical reality shows that not all movements planned in ClinCheck materialize as expected — especially in more complex cases. Molar verticalizations, resistant rotations, space closures: these are movements that often require auxiliary mechanics to be achieved with predictability. This course teaches you how to identify the limitations of aligners and apply auxiliary mechanics that transform complex cases into predictable results — with real clinical cases and demonstration videos.

What you will learn

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN Limitations of aligners: movements that aligners cannot perform alone and how to identify them in planning. Molar uprighting: specific auxiliary mechanics for this critical movement. Tooth rotation: how to overcome rotational resistance with complementary tools. Space closure: protocols that guarantee predictable closure without side effects. Integration with ClinCheck: how to adjust the digital plan to incorporate auxiliary mechanics. Clinical cases with videos: detailed analysis of real cases with demonstration of the mechanics applied. Clinical decision flow: when to use it, which mechanics to choose and how to monitor progression.

Who is this course for

WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR Dentists who work with aligners and want to solve cases that go beyond the basics. Orthodontists looking to increase the predictability of their treatment plans.
